| Introduction | We are a horse camp in south - central Wisconsin. Our Day Camp program is open to girls age 8 to 13 and boys 8 to 9 years old. Campers have daily Western riding lessons and horse care classes, along with other traditional camp activities. Hoofbeat Ridge opened in 1962 and has always been family owned and operated. We promote a strong, wholesome, family style camp experience, with many of our campers returning year after year, and even going onto become staff.
