Introduction	I am a 39 years old Bangladeshi am IT professional, academic degree is a graduate. I’ve been dedicated to radio hobbyist since more than 25 years. I had served as Technical Monitor of some radio stations, my feature articles on broadcasting appeared in Monitoring Times, Radio World USA. We know Maxwell’s equations is the very foundation on which great scientists like Hertz, Jagdish Chandra Bose, Alexander Stepanovich, Braun, Nikola Tesla and Marconi worked tirelessly and unfurled to the human civilization the fruition of science & technology of electromagnetic radiation or in simpler terms 'radio waves'. We’ve witnessed huge numbers of radio station had closed or reduced services. I found an alternative media Community Radio. Giving a voice to the voiceless and educating for a better tomorrow an important aspect.
