| Introduction | We have been keeping chickens now for the past 5 years. It all started when I was given a couple of silver sussex hens for the back garden by a good friend. 'Chicken fever' kicked in! We have a holistic approach to our hens, and believe that happy and occupied birds equal healthy birds. Our birds have mainly natural products in addition to their food, such as apple cider vinegar, cod liver oil & and as many seeds, weeds & worms as they can find. We are always keen to meet people who are thinking of starting up with chickens & always happy to offer advice. |
