| Introduction | In 1978 I moved to Houston from Montreal, Canada with my family. In 1980, my family opened a gift store in the medical center, and then in 1985 we established Mark's One Hour Photo. After attending professional photofinishing school in Dallas and Los Angeles, Mark's One Hour Photo gained recognition for both our quality and our service. People soon started asking me to photograph their family portraits. In 1995, the portrait work led to Bar/Bat Mitzvah and Wedding requests. We are located in Southwest Houston, in the Meyerland area. Much of our work is in and around Houston, but I have also photographed events in Austin, Galveston, Dallas and Israel. Professional Photographers of America, C.P.P.
