| Introduction | Mauro Bortignon: Born and raised around Venice, Italy, I learned soon to appreciate the good things about life. After studing Psicology at the University of Padova I decided that it was time for me to go somewhere else. I lived in London and New York before moving to Miami and making it my home. In New York I had the opportunity to work with one of the best chef in America, Mario Batali working for few years at Lupa Restaurant. In Miami I managed Casa Tua Restaurant since 2006. My new project "Toscana Divino" in Mary Brickel is a collaboration with the region of Tuscany to bring to Miami a taste of Tuscany. www.ToscanaDivino.com |
