| Introduction | Phyllis Franklin is a writer living in northeast Florida. She homemakes, homeschools, and homesteads {in her free time}. Phyllis graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with a degree in business. Over the years she has been a student, crafter, real estate broker, appraiser, mortgage broker, photographer, pilot, pizza delivery driver, mother, and wife. When the real estate bubble popped in Florida in 2008, her life changed drastically. Her family went from a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch to living in an efficiency.
