Introduction	I am originally from Ohio, but have lived in California for 8 years now. However, I will always be a Buckeye at heart! Before becoming a SAHM, I taught elementary school for 6 years. I'm LOVING my new job, but it certainly has it's challenges. What a life-changer having a baby has been! I'm married to the most amazing man in the world (i.e. the Hubs), and we are loving every minute with our new little angel (i.e. Punkies). As a family we spend as much time as we can outside, on the beach, hiking, whatever! As a couple, we make frequent date nights out of staying home and cooking yummy dinners while enjoying a good bottle (or two!) of wine. Becoming a mommy was something I always looked forward to. No matter how badly I wanted children though, something I've quickly learned is that it's infinitely harder than I expected! I hope to share my perspective and reflections on the exhaustion and incredible joy that I'm experiencing throughout this journey! I've also always had an interest in exercise, health, and nutrition, especially and specifically for women, and look forward to sharing that passion with you as well.
