| Introduction | Welcome to the Family & Consumer Science Department my name is Alyssa Ambrosius and I will be teaching Interior Design. I am originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin (Yes, I am a Packer Fan) and ventured out to Minnesota 7 years ago when I attended the U of M for a major in Psychology and a minor in Family Social Science. From there, I decided to go straight back to school to get my masters in Family Social Science Education. I have a passion for everything Family Consumer Science classes have to offer. My goal is to mesh our learning of all of my courses with core educational skills of math, science, and technical reading. |
| Interests | I look forward to the exciting school year; I have so many creative projects for us to tackle in the months ahead! -I live in Uptown an area in Minneapolis that is close to the lakes, in my spare time I love to walk around the Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun with my friends! -I love cooking new recipes, going to new restaurants and eating adventurous foods! -I enjoy boating and venturing back to Wisconsin where my family has a cottage in Door County. -Who can forget going to those fab Packer games! My family has coveted season tickets so it’s always fun to go back for a game! |
