| Introduction | Iowa cowgirl Shelby Chapman reigns as Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa 2009. She is the 17 year old daughter of Kayla Chapman and Dan Chapman. The Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa pageant is held in conjunction with the Miss Rodeo Iowa pageant and the Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison Iowa in September. During the pageant Shelby took home honors in Horsemanship. She will spend the 2009 year traveling around Iowa promoting the sport of professional rodeo.
