Introduction	I am currently a college student at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I am on a budget but I am trying to make any and everything I can. Luckily, I have a “food fairy” that makes this possible.. I love burgers and I’m willing to try slaws, chutneys, relishes, aioli’s and anything else you can imagine to top a burger with. I plan on making 1 burger, a week, hopefully for the rest of my life. I am also a big risotto fan, hhmmm can I make a risotto burger?? just playing, not really..:)
