| Introduction | This blog is from a small academic institute of a small state Assam. We the teachers of Tinsukia College, Assam have been publishing a quarterly academic journal PRAGYAN since the year 2003. With this March issue we are going to complete six years of existence. Very recently we have made a journey online.
