Introduction	Moved to Aberdeenshire five years ago and it was like re-inventing myself. Got my family back after spending a year hardly seeing them as I worked in Aberdeen and only got home at the weekends. Setup a business in 2004 and then got head-hunted by a client in 2007. Love my job and the great people that I work with. Renewed my love for the bike, and started riding again in 2005. First on my MTB, then bought a cheap road bike in Spring 2006. Started training seriously with my coach, Ken Bryson, in November 2006 and began racing in 2007. Since then I've managed to buy three new bikes - two road (one aluminium, one carbon) and a time trial super-fast machine. 2009's been another season of progress with more Time Trial PB's and more importantly bunch finishes in road races. Woo hoo! Oh yeah, and I'm also an old guy now so get to ride in the Vet's races too!!
