Introduction | I was born in Stockholm, I was raised in the U.S.A., I am married to an immigrant from Vietnam (my "Asian blossom", her name is Thi), I worked for all of my adult life in industries, as a factory worker. I have recently become a pensioner, as I am now 65 years old. I worked for roughly five years on a book on my spare time - "Bad Philosophy as a Cause of Psychosis". This book presents to the world´s psychologists and psychiatrists my novel hypothesis that bad, i.e. fallacious, philosophical ideas (not Objectivism, in other words) can - in extreme and unusual cases - give rise to *psychoses*. In other words "Philosophy can drive you crazy." Well, that is not a new idea, is it? Well, actually, it is. For I say that - i.e. that bad philosophy can drive men crazy - in a *literal* sense. I do not mean it just as a joke. |
