| Introduction | I am a foodie at heart. And worse, I'm a foodie that travels for food. I will go almost anywhere in search of that perfect cheeseburger or the best gizzards. In my many years of traveling and eating, I have been blessed to eat in all 50 states some amazing food. I once drove 2 hours out of my way to try the 'best gizzards' in America...and they were amazing! It was totally worth it. Currently, I get most of my food fixes in Oklahoma, where I currently reside. I am a teacher and runner when I'm not exploring or research or eating! I travel often from this central location and continually seek the 'it' places to eat. I am not a fancy, restaurant kinda girl. I want to eat at those funky hole-in-the wall, dive places that just create unforgettable food. If you love to eat and explore someplace through its food then you have found the perfect companion. I can't wait to share all my great food experiences with you. |
