| Introduction | My realization that cooking was to become a big part of my future happened when I visited a small restaurant called La Crêperie in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The simple but absolutely delicious little crepes I ate there sparked a desire in me. 'I want to know how to do this!' I told myself. Since then I have been a devoted reader of cookbooks and a keen observer and taster of dishes served during backpacking and business trips in Europe and Asia. My secret to create tasty dishes is to take ideas from trips and books and put my personal touch and taste into them. Food always tastes better when shared so therefore I wish to explore my recepies with you so that you can put your own love and spice into the food you cook. |
