| Introduction | I am a Disabled Student, and completely disillusioned at the behavior of online college administrators and their staff. I believe everyone has the same rights in the United States and it is time that we speak out and have our voice heard. Did you know that there are physical dangers for a person with photosensitive seizures when viewing rapid flashing light sequences on a web page? Many will state this is rare but tell it to the E.R. physicians who treat these seizure patients who come in from head injuries that were triggered by these flashing ads. I do not want to change web sites but simply provide an alternative that is safe for others. |
