| Introduction | I am nurse practitioner who is both ACNP-BC and FNP-C. I currently teach in the CBU BSN Nursing Program and maintain a clinical practice in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Hospitalist and cover locum tenens assignments in critical access hospitals as a solo provider and remote health-care locations across the country. Additionally, I am a PLNC. Wearing these many hats provides fantastic opportunities as well as significant challenges while attempting to balance family life and the requirement to be away from home. I am married to my true soul-mate that keeps the home fires burning in my absence.
