| Introduction | Retired from a 40-year career in natural resource management and conservation, Dave now pursues his favorite vices of birding and photography. With a focus on capturing images of Northeast Washington landscapes, wildlife, wildflowers, and rural life he seeks to capture the things that capture his eye. Starting with a Kodak 110 instamatic camera at age 16, followed by his first birding book at age 18 (which he still has), Dave has developed his skills and enjoys sharing his interests with others. Founder of the Northeast Washington Birders group his posts can be found on Facebook @NEWbirders page and at the Northeast Washington Birders Group on Facebook. Dave is also a regular contributor to the North Columbia Monthly magazine where he writes about his experiences with the outdoors and shares unique photos that inspire him. |
