| Introduction | I am a lifelong resident of Wood County, West Virginia. I have a lovely wife named Sherry and beautiful daughter named Sara. I have practiced law since 1992. I am licensed in both WV and Ohio. My practice includes all types of consumer law (lemon law, debt collection abuse, fraud, etc). I also enjoy doing criminal defense work and personal injury. I believe in the need for strong consumer protection laws which, when well written, not only protect consumers but actually facilitate trade and commerce which is good for business. |
