| Introduction | is my ministry and passion. * I live in beautiful Seattle with Michael. I am blessed to visit my family, friends, and students at the New Jersey Shore 3 - 4 times per year (~ 1/5 of my time). * This blog contains some of my thoughts, feelings and experiences on my journey, but it is not directly representative of my ministry. * Basically, I teach a form of meditation which assists us to come into balance with the needs of the body, communicate with and receive from God more consciously, to walk our spiritual path in the world with freedom, strength, courage, and joy. * I go where I am 'called' to teach, support and encourage those who are dedicated to becoming spiritually “mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ” so we “will in all things grow up” to Be who we are called to Be, and Do what we are called to Do * Any energy left?
