Introduction	Hi there!! Welcome to my blog "Stitched". When I sat down to think about what to name this blog I came to the realisation that there is not just one type of crafting that I do. There are so many different things that I love doing. Cross stitch, sewing, quilting, sashiko, stitching and hand quilting. I'm sure there's probably more. So "Stitched" kind of encompasses a bit of everything. I am a wife, mother to four school aged children and life gets pretty busy! I love sewing (of course!), enjoy learning more about wellness through food and we have been on a food journey for a long time with allergies and intolerances with some of our children. We are always trying new recipes and I'll probably share more than just sewing on this blog.
