| Introduction | Hi there! My name is Liz and I'm a California native living for more than a decade in the jungles of the south Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, in a smal town called Puerto Viejo. I love to travel, rescue and foster dogs, study yoga and offer pranayama and guided meditiations. I've been a bartender, a romance author and editor, a recpetionist, a dog walker, and everything in between. I'm always looking for the next thing I can learn and experience and the next place I can travel and the foods I can taste. Doing my best to live life to its fullest, even if some days that means laying on the couch with my dogs. Oh yeah, and I like ice baths. |
