| Introduction | Hi I'm Azhar, and I love to eat! Not like crazy junk food buffet eat, just nice sit down home cooked dinner eat! Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, mmmm. I love to cook but never met a knob of butter I didn't like. And as a recently minted Stay at Home Dad I've taken over the lions share of the daily meals. So as a reward, my wife bought a Vitamix and TFal Actifry. I thought she may have been hinting at something. Instead she clearly explained "Stop cooking fatty foods, and start cooking healthy! You're getting fat!" So now I've decided to take the challenge to make daily Vitamix healthy drinks, and healthy meals in the Actifry. Lets see how it goes! I'm hungry just thinking about it. |
