Introduction	My name is Marc CB Maxwell. I am a Department of Defense Guidance Counselor who works with deployed personnel and their families on a daily basis. I am currently working on a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with The University of Oklahoma. I am a former Army Airborne Ranger and have been stationed overseas for the last five years.
