Introduction	My name is Michala and I have a BIG life, in more ways than one. I teach 5th-12th grade students how to sing in a choir, I've gotten my master's degree, I'm single and (mostly) content, but I've also fallen into an unhealthy rut that I'm working my way out of. This blog is for accountability, and eventually, hopefully, something that others in the same situation can be inspired by. It will not all be about health and fitness. Because I have such a big life I'm sure there will be other moments to discuss.
