| Introduction | The majority of my life has been involved making art and learning the ways of making art. Although I have taken journeys into college teaching and as a patrol officer in the Dallas Police Department, the common thread has always been the commitment to making art - making beauty. The motivation for the making of my art, i.e. painting and drawing is based in my belief that beauty has the ability to upgrade ones life by enhancing it's environment.
