| Introduction | A simple young man, a prospective PhD student in science education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I have a Bachelor of Science education degree (Hons) in Physics and Mathematics, and Master Degree in science education. My Master thesis was about Teachers’ conceptions of teaching of science in the medium of English: A case study of four English as an Additional Language (EAL) teachers in KwaZulu-Natal. I am currently working on a PhD proposal in the field of science education. I am situated at the Faculty of Humanities of the Muslim University of Morogoro (MUM), where I work as an Assistant lecturer with undergraduate students in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education. |
