| Introduction | I am an advanced laparoscopic surgeon based at Fortis Hospitals, Kolkata, with other interests, including writing, reading, cooking, and many other things. As a surgeon, I believe in maintaining the integrity of my professional opinion, and I always try to suggest a course of action that I would for a family member. Oof, that sounds too pompous to be me! I have done, and am still doing, a large number of surgeries on a daily basis. I think I am somewhere near the 20,000 mark (who has the time to count, anyways?), and I think most of these folks are alive and well!! |
