| Introduction | Man o man do I like to eat. I also really love to cook. I love to share tips and tricks that I have found useful for me in the kitchen. I truly believe that ANYBODY can be a great cook. Let me repeat that; ANYBODY can be a great cook. You need to let go of the fear that you can't cook and just do it. Some of the recipes are going to be super easy and some will be a little more tricky. You just have to stick with it and make it work for you. Remember that you can't achieve success without some failure. That means you will burn some food, and you may not be able to eat your dish on your first try, BUT you will get it.
