| Introduction | I created this blog many years ago and never added any content. My goal is to track my progress as I begin training for a full Ironman. I turn 40 on July 23, 2013. My birthday present to me will be the fulfillment of a dream I have had since I was 8 years old - to complete an Iron-distance triathlon. My true dream is to compete in the IM World Championships in Hawaii, but for now, I will compete in what is open and realistic. The race date and location is TBD. So this blog will be my journey. The training, the family, the fun and the not-so-fun. Can't promise it will be that interesting, but here goes... |
