| Introduction | We recently moved to Beautiful British Columbia with our family that includes myself, my husband, our two children, two dogs, and our 17 lb cat. I am trained as a nurse but we are in a rather remote area due to my husband's job as a Mountie (yes, as in Dudley...) so I have been staying busy (and SANE) by scouring Craigslist and thrift stores for those great shabby finds I never had the time to restore when I was working...My house is starting to look great, and the time I spend on my projects gives me some "zen" time-hence the name "Shabby Serenity!!!". I have about 5 projects on the go and thought I would share the progress with you, as I have been inspired by many of you out there in Blogland! I hope I can return the favour in some small way. |
