Introduction	Finally finding the Wisdom in all of Life's Heart Ache, Blessings and Losses - it's an on going process and that's why I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't delete anything on here - this blog has always been my safe place. The one place that I could go and just pour my heart out and paint the haunting images and feelings that have shaped me into the scarred, but strong warrior I am now. I have found that all Humans are all Toxic at some point. I am learning about my traits and how the trauma's we all experience shape who we become as adults and sometimes heartbreakingly shatter good things because of our terrible coping mechanisms. The difference between learning about that Toxicity, is not only being able to admit that you were/are toxic and choosing to change it or choosing to stay complacent and allow all of your future relationships to suffer because you're too proud to admit the parts you play. That means not only admitting those parts played, but ACTUALLY PROVING IT WITH ACTIONS AND THE DESIRE TO CHALLENGE MYSELF TO CONSTANTLY IMPROVE. Only then are truly free enough to be the Cycle breakers we were born to be.
