| Favorite music | Here at clubhouse we love any type of music that you can aerobically dance to. Some favorites are the Electric Slide, YMCA, and Great Balls of Fire. |
| Favorite books | A favorite book we utilize weekly during group is "The Power of Procovery." This book helps us to realize how to live life to its fullest while battling mental illness. |
