| Introduction | I am an International Economist with more than 20 years experience in consulting , project management and teaching.My singular focus is on Environmental Economics, more specifically the promotion of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.Since 2014 I am based in the Middle East where I am working on finding market solutions to these issues,through the implementation of both efficiency and renewable energy projects. I am basically at the front line of the new age of Energy Management in the GCC and a front seat for what I think can be a significant contribution to the Global Carbon Balance program, when the individual GCC countries actions are assessed collectively. |
