| Introduction | I am a maker - of things. It doesn't really matter what as long as I can create something - a pair of earrings from beads found years ago in a little, out-of-the way shop or a scarf with some of that snazzy yarn I just couldn't resist, a pie or batch of cookies or a new recipe that needed to be tested - but my first love is clay. Locating local clays, testing new recipes for the clay and glazes - trying a new technique or just tweaking an old one. It's ALL good - especially when the kiln is unloaded with pots that sing heaven's songs.
