Introduction	Former Assistant Coach @ Wake Forest University & High Point University. While at Wake Forest I worked with Michelle Sikes who won the the National 5000 meters in 2007. At High Point I recruited Taylor Milne who I coached for two years and who went on the run in the 2008 Olympics. I have coached every event from 800m to the Marathon as well has having run 15 marathons with a PR of 2:32 including 3 Boston Marathons. I have my Masters in Sport Studies with classes in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Nutrition and Health. I'm a USATF level 1 Track & Field Coach.
Favorite music	U2,Celine Dion, Tina Tuner, Sting, Bryan Adams and Meat loaf just to name a few.
