| Introduction | My name is Marilyn Hernandez and I can say with much pride that I am an All-Around-Artist! I am a devoted sister and daughter, as well as a loyal and loving friend (isn't it obvious that I'm a Libra?). I am also an animal lover, my favorite pets being cats! I guess the reason I consider myself an All-Around-Artist is because I believe I can express myself through many different forms of art, which include fine art, graphic art, poetry and music. Although I don't personally consider myself as a musician, I feel it gives me inspiration for most of my work; therefore, by drawing and writing through music as a medium, I feel in one way that I have become a musician. I know it probably doesn't make much sense, but that's the way I feel! This Blog will be my own personal gallery and workstation where I can not only display my artwork, but also expose my inner most thoughts, expressed through my art, poetry and writing. I hope you can get to know me through my work while, hopefully, being entertained as well! So, whether you are an artist yourself, an art enthusiast or just a passer-by-er, I sincerely hope you enjoy my blog! |
