Introduction	Both socialism and social conservatism are problematic, since neither solves most social problems. A mostly civil libertarian approach with minimal law and law enforcement was the intent of our founders. I think we have so many laws that we put citizens in jeopardy of inadvertently breaking them and ruining their lives. I also think the U.S. founders were some seriously smart 'dudes,' and we'd do well to pay attention to what they had to say.
