| Introduction | Navalan was born and brought up in Penang, and is proud of his birthplace (even though Penang is now known as Pearl of Rubbish). He is an individual who is influenced by philosophy, psychology, racial biology, politics and sports. He is primarily concerned with the issues of local services (transportation, public utilities, parking and policing) and local government. He has travelled overseas extensively and has had exposure to a myriad of different cultures giving him a clear understanding of the multicultural issues. He has an invaluable track record as a committed and successful Liberal Democrat campaigner, during his days as a student in London. Navalan was an accountant for the better part of the last 12 years and is now a fully focused towards personal financing and management consultancy. Navalan enjoys playing football and chess. He also loves to cook and mend his garden in his spare time. Of which there is not much! |
