| Introduction | I'm the oldest 23 year old you've ever met. My life does not resemble that of a 23 year old, but rather that of someone much older. I have been supporting myself and working full time since March 2006 and am still with the same company. In addition, I have been going to school part time so that one day I will graduate from college. In January 2011 I switched my work & school schedules around - I now work part time & go to school full time! I have dreamed of becoming a 2nd grade teacher since I was in Kindergarten and I can't wait for the day that it becomes reality. My life is not, in any way, easy but I am where I am because of the decisions I have made. Each one has helped me to grow and I know that I am better off now because of them. I may have more struggles than most people my age, but in turn I have learned so much more about life and living. God has blessed me with the most wonderful family that anyone could ask for, but it is a bummer that so many of them live so far away. =[ CO, AZ, PA .. it makes visits much sweeter, but leaving more difficult. My family is always there to support me and love me no matter what. Who could ask for more than that?! |
