Introduction	Derek Hale is a new author of Children's Books. His series, "Dinwiddie Dunn and His Bowlegged Sons" began as stories for his children to teach them about the "dangers" of brain freeze and how to get rid of it. His first book, "Brainfreeze Ain't For Sissies" is currently being published by Tate Publishing. The book is due to be released in early 2012. Derek is the father of three children. Derek currently lives in Tampa Florida with his wife, LeEllen.
