Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Mudskippers are fish that can walk and spend time in and out of water. With it being so evolved why not contribute to the evolution to the cycling fish. Why go hunt for them when you can train them to come to you twice as fast with a bike. The bike can create the most amazing journey ever for the mudskipper, improving fish tales and our dinner.
