| Introduction | Kelly is a wife and mother of two young boys and a new baby girl. She started the gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and corn free journey after being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Her oldest son was also diagnosed with Autism and after much research and soul searching she started on this journey. Healthy living is now a lifestyle for her and her family and she continues to work on her health through food and exercise. Hopefully her journey will be a tool as you go on your own lifestyle journey. |
