| Introduction | Born not of man, but of kitchen. I was raised in the kitchen, learning to bake and read a recipe before I was taught to ride a bike or play any sport. After what seemed like an eternity of childhood in Dallas, Texas, I was off to Austin to get a culinary education. Now I'm out of school, passionate as ever about food, and ready to burn some food. I've done a lot for a 22 year old. I've been an Executive Chef, Menu Consultant, Catering Coordinator for one of the largest hotel chains in America, Kitchen Manager, General Manager, Pastry Chef, and most recently a Sous Chef. I've never worked somewhere that wasn't considered fine dining... never would. To describe myself in one (hyphenated) word: smart-ass. I enjoy being sarcastic and annoying above anything else, which is totally allowed when you're the boss-man. I'm extremely confident in my culinary abilities, I've never been defeated by any culinary feat that I have attempted, annnd I am rarely incorrect. Feel free to comment or email with your praises...
