| Introduction | I graduated from a year teaching training program at the Auckland Yoga Academy were I now teach and continue with my training. I believe that a teacher of yoga should live a life of yoga to practice what is taught, and that is to engage in continuous practice and self study. My objective is to transmit yoga as fully and clearly as possible to my students. For me, the goal is not the perfection of an individual pose, but the self-knowledge gained during the journey. |
