30-ish, Irish, cripple baby -in that I can walk (some days), just not brilliantly. Blogging about my journey of diagnosis and doctors and all that lark. Oh and pissed off rants... mainly pissed off rants -because no matter what other inspiring websites and blogs tell you, being disabled (in any way) fecking sucks... In December 2013 I was also diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, cancer of the lymph nodes -yayness. Currently all clear. Proud momma to three fur-babies: Tubby (cat) and Emily and Louis (the dogs) ...and I know everyone says this on these types of blogs, but my partner (known as "Bicky" on here) is pretty patient, caring and generally an all-round swell guy, so ta to him. Scup de Bicky!
