You can whistle and steam can whistle, so why do you sing in the shower?
I saw Psycho at way too young of an age, and as a method of shower protection, I used to sing really loudly in the shower. My logic was that if I stopped singing, my parents would know there was a murderer in the house and come to my rescue. But I'm actually really glad they didn't because then, ew, parents walking in the bathroom when I'm all naked and stuff. Gross.
