| Introduction | I remember the day I found out that I could draw as my career. I was in middle school when I found out that some of my favorite cartoons were made by people who were paid to draw. My art teacher had this book called The Art of Animation. It was a Disney book. Seeing all the sketches of Mickey, Donald, and Goofy, I was inspired, and I knew that I wanted to be apart of all that. At the time, I didn't know what I wanted to go into, but now I know. I want to be a character designer for PIXAR, or Disney, and I know I'll get there someday. Maybe sooner then I think. I'm currently enrolled, and attending The Animation Academy in Burbank, CA, just a few streets away from the Dianey Animation Studios. I was lucky enough to take a tour in the studios awhile ago, and every second I was in those walls where masterpieces were born, I knew even stronger that I was meant to be there. Anyway, in order to get there I need a strong portfolio to back me up. So enjoy my blogs! |
