| Introduction | About 10 years ago I had the life-altering experience of believing in Jesus Christ. Knowing him continues to alter my life daily.
I live in Chicago and work full time for my church, with my husband Nathan and an amazing group of friends, from home and in coffee shops and homes and schools and wherever there are people. It's full and wonderful. I grew up with creativity inspired and fueled by my parents. I love to frequent places and websites that stir things in me like new ways of displaying beauty and being myself. I write this blog to pass on these sorts of things and enjoy them more in doing so. In the fall of 2010 I gave birth to the most incredible person alive. Without drugs. It was.....hard. But the time with my son since then has made anything worth it! When asked to name 10 things God celebrates about me, I said: Creative, vulnerable, teachable, passionate, loving, pioneering, thoughtful, celebratory, expressive, encouraging.
