Introduction Coach Marshall designs and directs the Ignition NFL® Combine Training. Over his more than 8 years professional training experience, Marshall has worked with some of the best talent in the NFL including Chad Johnson, Carson Palmer, first round draft pick David Pollack and NFL Pro Bowler Deltha O’Neal. Prior to Ignition, Marshall served as a strength & conditioning assistant with the Cincinnati Bengals, and previously as a strength assistant at the University of Louisville where Marshall saw the football squad win two Conference titles as well as two Liberty Bowl victories. Among the athletes that Clif worked with during his time with the Cardinal football team were Deion Branch, the MVP of the 2005 Super Bowl and Dave Ragone, the Conference USA Player of the Decade. Marshall also trained 2005 C-USA Player of the Year Stefan Lefors, helping Lefors to a personal best time of a 4.5 forty yard dash, the fastest among all of the quarterbacks in the draft, and a 4th round pick in the 2005 Draft. Marshall also helped John Bowie from UC become a 4th round pick in the 2007 draft. Bowie quickly became known as the fastest player in the draft after running in the low 4.3 for the scouts.
